WHO WE ARE
History
Gueller and Vidutto arose from the union of experiences from decades of experience in the social security area, starting as a law firm in 2001. Customer service is based on the provision of quality legal services in the tradition of Dr Raul Portanova, in the State of Rio Grande do Sul, combined with the experience of specialized law in the area of Public Law of Dr Benedicto Nestor Penteado and his daughter Marta Gueller, fundamental factors for the good practice of law. In 2010, Vanessa Vidutto, lawyer at the firm since its foundation, joined the society that works in the social security area, public and private, in addition to related areas and others in the field of practice in the scope of social law, having stood out in the last year by advising companies on social security tax planning, acting in the prevention and restructuring, assessment and reduction of litigation risks through the preparation of legal opinions and studies on social security contributions, health plans, private and public pension plans and their own schemes. The firm has specialized lawyers who are always updating and following the legal, social and economic changes.
